Rain...thunderstorms...hail...lightning! I looked at the radar last night and it said 30% chance of rain. But, it never rains here; so I thought we were good to go for the 5K today.
I got the girls up bright and early even though they got to bed late last night and took them over to a friend's house. Then, we headed to the race. They canceled it once lightning struck a building nearby. There's always the free t-shirt and I did get to run to my car in the rain.
