It's just the beginning

I've been thinking I would like to have a blog for awhile now; so here it goes.

The title comes from my hobbies. I like to run...slowly. Jogging would have been a more appropriate title, but it didn't start with an 'r'. And running sounds better anyway. I also like to read. I have a book club that I started with a small group of friends. We meet once a month at a local coffee shop. Most importantly, I'm a mom to two beautiful and smart little girls.

Right now my husband is away with the Air Force, but this will help us stay in touch. I'll update on my exercising, my reading and my mommying, too.
